Project Description

A 12 acre commercial subdivision located on U.S. 41 fronting the newly developed residential community, Isles Collier Preserve, this project was designed to accommodate various uses, including hotel, gas station, restaurants, and medical. Peninsula Engineering managed a variety of services allowing the developer to move forward with the residential project in a timely and successful manner.
