Currently in the design and permitting phase, Fronterra is a 37 (+/-) acre mixed-use development located north of Davis Blvd and just east of the I-75 and CR 951 interchange. The site contains approximately 6.4 acres of native vegetation preserve and is designed to include a 3.55 acre commercial component abutting Davis Blvd. The residential component will consist of approximately 173 zero-lot-line residential units and associated amenities located to the north of the commercial area. Permits will be required through the Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District, Collier County, Florida Department of Transportation and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection prior to commencement of development. Peninsula Engineering is taking the role as lead consultant on the Project and will be performing civil design and permitting services, landscape architecture and construction management services, as well as managing various sub-consultants throughout the duration of the Project.
