NAPLES, FL, -- March 27, 2018 – Peninsula Engineering, a Southwest Florida civil engineering firm specializing in residential and commercial projects of all sizes, is completing the initial phase of land development in the new mixed-use development, Addison Place, located on the north side of Immokalee Road and approximately 500 feet west of Collier Boulevard in Naples, Florida. The project will include a mix of commercial uses and multifamily residential areas. The site will include a 240-unit apartment complex that is currently under construction and will open to its first residents in fall 2018. The clubhouse will be open for leasing in July 2018.
