Peninsula Engineering worked with both land developer and university professionals to create a brand-new private university and town. Over $80 million of planning, design, permitting, and construction was supervised by Peninsula Engineering to create an economically viable town in eastern Collier County. Duties included preparation of budget estimates for all site-related activities; management of more than two dozen design and engineering teams in preparation of water management, roadway utilities, and subdivision plans; permitting of facilities through federal, state, and local regulatory agencies; and coordination with national home builder, Pulte Homes, in the development of the project.
Peninsula Engineering also managed the design, construction, and operation of a new $30 million water and wastewater treatment facility, development of capital and operational budgets, and scheduling of construction.
